ON THE EARTH/ UNDER THE SKY/ BESIDE WATER

The installation of a poem by Thomas A Clark in a house of the Orkney Neolithic period (about 3,000 years BCE). The project was part of the exhibition Yellow and Blue by Thomas A Clark and Laurie Clark at Porteous Brae Gallery, Stromness, Orkney, Sept-Oct 2009. The site, on the island of Wyre, was discovered by Antonia Thomas in 2006. Excavation continues year by year.
